SofiaRe is a group of companies in the real estate and investment sector, present on the Bulgarian market for 10 years. It was set up in 2002 by Swiss and Bulgarian investors. In less than nine years the group grew considerably acquiring and developing over 30 premier properties.

In 2006, Sofia Rental purchased Oborishte Residence Hotel in Sofia’s most prestigious  neighborhood: the Doctor’s Garden area.
